You are welcome to come into the office to enroll your child(ren) or print and bring in the completed documents below:

• Birth certificate
• Immunization records
• Guardian identification
• Proof of residency

You can also come in and complete open enrollment paperwork for approval. If enrolling in person, please call and set up an appointment ahead of time.
